Understanding our policies regarding final sales and damaged transit.
All Sales Are Final
Due to legal regulations and the nature of our rare collectible inventory, all alcohol sales are considered final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
Damaged Items During Transit
If your bottle arrives damaged, document the damage with photographs and notify our team within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
Cork Failures
Vintage and older spirits naturally carry a risk of cork degradation. We do not issue refunds for broken corks. We recommend using an Ah-So wine opener for vintage bottles.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel, you must do so before the order is processed. Once a tracking number is generated, it cannot be recalled. A 20% restocking fee applies to returned packages.
