Adult Signature Required

By law, all deliveries containing alcohol require an adult signature (21 years of age or older) upon delivery. The delivery carrier will check a valid government-issued ID. Packages will not be left at the door under any circumstances.

Processing Time & Delivery

Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Transit time varies depending on your selected shipping method and location.

Extreme Weather Holds

Fine spirits are sensitive to severe temperature changes. In the event of extreme heat or cold, we reserve the right to temporarily hold your shipment in our climate-controlled vault.

Failed Deliveries

If the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, you may be responsible for a re-shipping fee or a restocking fee (up to 20%).

State Restrictions

Due to the complex nature of alcohol shipping laws, we cannot ship to all 50 states. If we cannot ship to your zip code, the checkout process will notify you.
